Black/White polka dot cardigan: Forever 21  Black/white polka dot tank: thrifted  Red pleated skirt: Forever 21  Sweater tights: Marshalls  Lace up chunky heeled boots: Charles David (via DSW)  Black/white stripe hoop earrings: Forever 21 Pegasus necklace: Forever 21 (a lot of F21 going on in this outfit...)

I braved the cold very briefly this morning to take some quick pictures of my outfit for the office. This is my first time wearing these boots since i bought them...last month? The leather is pretty stiff right now so i can't wait until they break in a bit.

Ok so get these deal guyzzzzzzzzzz. These boots originally retailed for $450! DSW had them on sale and then after a gift card and my DSW...bucks for whatever they're called i got them for....$35! Yay! Awesome deal right?! So happy.

And on that note i have decided to go "on the wagon" from clothes shopping for a bit. I talked before about how i feel i have made my closet a really good representation of myself and want to focus my time elsewhere. There are still plenty of "new" outfits i can make with what i own already!

Plus i do enjoy a good challenge.

And on yet another note, i am listening to Portishead right now and it's so good. It's been too long, Portishead. I was so into the Trip-Hop genre in the early 2000s and i still really love it. <3

I totally dig your outfit. I want to go shopping with you. I keep hearing good things about Forever 21. I should probably venture down there. :)

And you're a Portishead fan! I actually was totally into the trip hop genre as well, in the late 90s/early 2000, and still listen to those albums now. They are so great!
