To be honest, spring is my least favorite season for fashion (fall is my most favorite). A good majority of my life weather wise spring has just felt like "slightly less cold winter". I tend to get too excited by stores pumping out the warmer weather stuff that i buy summer items waaaaaaaaaaay too early and then just stare angrily at my closet for a few more months.
And there always seems to be so much pastel (though i do enjoy lavender).
But Balmain's Spring collection has me feeling excited! I've done a couple of Balmain inspired DIYs in the past (these jeans and this shirt) and now i'm racking my brain as how i could make my own harlequin print...something! Because i need it badly. Maybe something involving fabric paint and diamond shaped sponge....
These are absolutely stunning! I generally dislike pastels but I'm trying to be more open-minded...
